Colibri Charcuterie was founded by Stephanie Basora and Libertad Vargas, two Latina women passionate about blending culture, flavor, and tradition. Stephanie, a Middle School Science Teacher from Queens, NY, moved to Lawrence, MA, where she embraced the city's rich cultural heritage.
Libertad, born in Brooklyn, NY, spent summers in Lawrence before settling in Haverhill, MA, carrying on her family’s love for bold, authentic flavors.
